Innovative Use of Perforated Metal
Mini Tower One features a combination of Morin’s SLR-12-0 roof panels and Pulse P-1 wall panels in custom gray and perforated Regal White finish. The perforated panels, designed with a unique staggered hole pattern, play a central role in the building’s form and function, filtering daylight, framing exterior views, and enhancing ventilation while maintaining privacy.
