Located at West Broadway Avenue and West River Road, Peregrine is a seven-story, 228,000 SF development along the Mississippi riverfront in Minneapolis’ Hawthorne neighborhood. Designed by Urban Works Architecture for Schafer Richardson, it delivers 163 affordable housing units, retail space, and resident amenities. The design features six- and seven-story wings framing outdoor spaces on both sides. Morin’s Classic Series panels in Galvalume 22ga, finished in warm and dark tones, give the foçade a distinct presence against the river and downtown skyline backdrop.
Three Classic profiles: AA-12, W-12, and 2-12, in Bristo l Black and Copper Penny Fluropon finishes create a foc;ade of rich contrast and depth. The warm copper tones shift with sunlight while the dark panels anchor the composition, and each profile’s distinct rib pattern adds shadow and rhythm without sacrificing cohesion. Combined with a smooth off-white finish on flat-face panels, the result is a layered, textured envelope that feels contemporary and enduring. A natural fit for a LEED-certified building with rooftop solar, where durability and material performance matter.
